All across America, Police Athletic Leagues have fostered strong relationships between the police and the communities they serve, especially with young people. Here in Kansas City, Kansas we are proud of our community and the opportunity to create new connections with young people. The PAL is an initiative of the Police Department and is managed by an independent not-for-profit board.

Located in the historic Strawberry Hill neighborhood in the renovated ,  offers youth the opportunity to interact with police officers in a positive setting while participating in academic, cultural, mentoring and sports programs.

More than just fun activities, we want to help KCK kids build the self-confidence, leadership and problem-solving skills needed to thrive in today's world. We are eager to see them grow and then reinvest their gifts back into our community.
