East Patrol is the main administrative hub for the officers who patrol the urban core of Kansas City, Kansas.

In early 2022, KCKPD shifted from four, to three patrol divisions. In that process, Midtown and East were combined to more effectively cover the heart of the city. To mirror the other patrols, the newly combined station is now simply referred to as East Patrol. Located just off State Ave., at 849 N. 47th St., it sits on the site of the former Indian Springs Shopping Center.

East Patrol covers neighborhoods such as Strawberry Hill, Cathedral, Westheight, Quindaro, Turtle Hill and downtown Kansas City, Kansas.
