Personal Safety Training for Women - Registration Closed

This class filled quickly. Registration has now closed. We do anticipate scheduling another class this summer/early fall. Please, check back.

Our very popular self defense class for women is back! This FREE training incorporates lecture and hands-on exercises to empower women to take charge of their personal safety through awareness, prevention, and self-defense skills.

Enrollment is open to females 13 years or older. Anyone younger than 18 must have a parent/guardian sign your waiver.

We suggest you wear loose, comfortable clothing, such as shorts and a t-shirt and athletic shoes.
