Sat. Sept. 12th: 7:40 AM - 5:00 PM

Sun. Sept. 13th: 10:00 AM - 2:00 PM

Testing will take place at the end of class on Sunday. Please note, if you are not enrolled by Sept. 9th, arrive on Saturday at 7 AM to allow time for processing.

WHAT YOU NEED TO KNOW:

If registering as part of a group, members must check-in at same time in order tostay together.
You must attend both days and pass testing in order to receive Kansas Hunter Education Certification.
The clinic is held outdoors, rain or shine - please, dress appropriately.
DO NOT bring firearms or ammunition to class - they will be provided.
No one under 11 yrs. will be certified in hunter education. Those under 11 may take the course if space allows. Anyone taking the course prior to age 11, will be required to re-take the course for certification.

NOTE: By Kansas state law, anyone born on or after July 1, 1957, must take a hunter education course before a Kansas hunting license will be issued. Anyone under 16, may hunt without a hunter education certificationprovided they are under the direct supervision of an adult. No one under 12 may hunt by themselves. Individuals ages 12 through 15 may hunt alone provided they are certified in hunter education.
