Registration is currently open for this FREE, two-day, Hunter Education Class presented by the Fraternal Order of Police Lodge #4, the Unified Government of Wyandotte County and Kansas City, Kansas and UG Parks & Recreation. Testing will take place at the end of class on Sunday.
NOTE: If not enrolled by Sept. 4th, please arrive on Saturday at 7 AM to allow time for processing.

- Chair or blanket - Reusable Water Bottle (water on-site) - Snacks - Sack lunch (for Saturday if you don't like free pizza) - Bug spray - Sunscreen - Hat (if wanted) - Coat (if cold) - Sunglasses - Rain gear
This is an outdoors class. Rain or shine.
NOTE: By Kansas state law, anyone born on or after July 1, 1957, must take a hunter education course before a Kansas hunting license will be issued. Anyone under 16, may hunt without a hunter education certification provided they are under the direct supervision of an adult. No one under 12 may hunt by themselves. Individuals ages 12 through 15 may hunt alone provided they are certified in hunter education.
