Personal Safety Training for Women

Our very popular self defense class for women is back! This FREE training incorporates lecture and hands-on exercises to empower women to take charge of their personal safety through awareness, prevention, and self-defense skills. Taught by KCKPD officers, participants will leave with both the knowledge and skills to better defend themselves in threatening situations.

Enrollment is open to females 13 years or older. Anyone younger than 18 must have a parent/guardian sign your waiver.

We suggest wearing loose, comfortable clothing, such as shorts and a t-shirt and athletic shoes.
